im sorry i didnt read your journal, the lil snippets i did were all i could handle.
he authorized a 15 year old girl to upload pics of herself on his site?
like i said in this thread, all the "evidence" i have is circumstantial...but i remain unconvinced.

why souixme.com/naught ? why would your fathers friend give you space in that directory as opposed to /valerie...or /sweetval....
why upload them there? there are tons of free image hosting site out there...like our very own hipgalleries...why risk letting your fathers friend see your naked pics, and follow them back to your blog when you could completly disassociate yourself from that?

Because I can trust him. He is a friend and not a person who would pry. He has other things more important in his life then keeping track of me, which I can't say for you.

if you don't wnat hawk to see the pictures, why did you ask him to upload them to his site as opposed to uploading them to a freebie pic hosting site?
and as i said in the pm, you could easily shove a foot in my mouth by posting a pic of you two together...if you take the time to upload pics of your nudy self, why not upload some pics of you and your grandfatherly figure together?

Just ask her to go on the webcam, but I am pretty sure she either 'has no webcam' or 'the webcam does not work somehow and I have no idea why'.

 

Okay, so if what ms VAL is saying is true (which I don't think it is) she's got some old ass dude allowing her to upload 15 yr old nudie pics onto his website? Couldn't he get in trouble for child pornography or something?

 

Not if she and her parents agree to the photographs and besides that it is not porn, but just some nudity.

 

I'm not saying it IS child porn, but depending on where you live it could be taken as such. Other perople get in alot of trouble for the same thing (or even less sometimes)

Sweetval claims that she's legit because she made a blog entry about old billy red-something-or-other. what time was this entry made, before or after this post? And that still doesn't prove much because you can change the time on some blogs so it's not like it would mean anything. I think it's just a little too coincidental that dangermoose made this thread, and then sweetval just so happen to make a blog entry singing the praises of Mr Billy (a grandfather figure who allows her to put naked pics up on his space) at the same time.

 

Brecause when he gave me server space he set up an ftp connection for me so I can do it myself??

I don't have any pics of him and me other then when I was a baby and the only digita; pics I have are recent.

Seems to me you have an idea and are trying to make the facts fit the idea instead of letting the facts be what they are.

Finally, you say Hawk is a webmaster, Yes he is. Thats about the only thing you have right. He has his own server/host/domain? Whatever.....

I think most people are a lot smarter then you are. I know Hawk is.

 

yeah, that is child porn, because she isnt 18, and he could get into trouble, because he is hosting that blog.

 

I did some "investigating" too. It's against the law to post or use someone else's image without their permission.

Also making false claims about people can be considered Libel.

I would advise you to edit Redhawks picture out of your post and if a moderator is reading this, there is copyrighted material posted here without the owners permission by Dangermoose, which I believe is a violation of forum rules.

There are First Amendment rights but they do not include making statements that are false about others.

This one does. And I picked up and read from a medical desktop encyclopedia when I was four years old.

I get straight A's in school. I read several books a month and have an IQ that will probably dwarf yours.

And fortunately I have found a lot of teenagers who are very literate, write and express thereselves well and are not as opinionated and close minded as some 32 years olds on a forum. You're probably upset because I'm more literate then you are. Personally I don't expect 32 year olds to be so ignorant!

I work at writing and expressing myself well because I intend to be a writer or English or literature teacher when I grow up.
