how do you explore the earth when its buried under pavement? that's exploring only, or nearly only, the human species and its artifacts. well the artifacts are interesting. some of them. human society is such a teeny tiny box, even among the wonders of diversity of just this earth.
Can't give an actual answer to your question if i don't understand or agree with the statements in it. Not looking for clarification but you're more then welcome to.
Love the gritty picks of NYC. New York is such a multifaceted place and it's refreshing to see some pics of places that aren't as polished or impersonal as Times Square and the like.
Yep. I like to look at the older photos of NYC. Like back in the 80s. I have a lot of pics and even some videos of the non-tourist parts of New York. I'll see if i can soon post one more set of those types of pics. Thanks
All great pics. But there's something really special about urban/street photography. I mean nature is great and it's awesome to see the beauty of the Earth, but there is something very touching about seeing where people live, and the world people created.
Yep. The more different the culture the more appealing it is to see photos of their environment. Like Africa, India, and China. I like to mix it up on here. Though capturing such photos isn't always easy. In some environments i didn't feel comfortable taking my camera out while people were around while in other areas i felt perfectly fine roaming around with camera in hand.
