I myself for a very long time have been a daily, from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep several times a day. It's mainly been beer. I drink 40 ounces primarily the 8 % and higher beers. I bought a 24 pack of Natty ice 5.9 % and they really did me no justice man. I get withdrawals if I don't drink every few hours. My bones ache, my muscles draw up, my heart rate picks up, I start sweating and having racing thoughts and anxiety sometimes I do start shaking I start feeling really irritable exc. A little drink dissipates it. But has anybody ever had a true long term daily addiction to alcohol? What are your experiences with it? What are your reflections and insight? Lessons learned and maybe advice? What is your overall opinion on alcohol addiction?
