well i'm fairly sure it's the most enjoyable, so if that's how he defines best then he's probably right.

    LOL
    Diet
    Genes
    Crunches
    Core dominated exercises

These seem to work better for me

I like: planks, russian twists with some sort of weight, crunches at an incline, bicycle crunches, butterfly kicks. When I was first starting out I used to follow these:

    Total Abs Workout

Also to note: working out your whole body will usually result in a strong core. You don't necessarily need to do ab-targeted exercises to build core strength.

Haha! Well, I have been known to plank for fun.

I can't sit still in general, so I can often be spotted around work doing downward dogs, lunges, and walking in place--my coworkers have come to accept it as normal :-D.

i have to play games in my head to get me focussed enough to not be so bored when exercising. so if i do like 100 crunches, i count from 1-100, then 1-25-0-25-0, 10x sets of 10, 1-50-0, 100-0 etc. until i do my 500/5 sets lol.

planking for fun ay, well at least its healthy lol, i stretch all the time because of my back problems, but i also do it for fun, stretching is such a euphoric experience, to me if only for a split second or two, it makes me feel so good pulling out of a 24second stretch.

Sometimes yes, or just the TV. Depends where I am, if the garage then definitely music, if inside then maybe whatever my wifey is watching.

I can't seem to NOT listen to music when I work out...airpods or beats wireless
buds seem to work the best. The airpods have a tendency to want to fall out
of my ears pretty easily when I am doing any exercise that involves a lot of
    movement.
