Yes... Looking for compliance leads to understanding what is there. In that order. That is to say: Theory is based on reality, not the other way around. [too many strawmen to count] Goodness has only ever been based on solidarity. We have prisons and guns for people who disagree.
No-(to address the original post) we start out as greasy, slobbering, crying, crapping little bundles of no-nothing flesh and don't know anything other than that which is needed for survival ,such as crying when attention is needed for one reason or another. The bullshit starts a little later.
You needn't have a theory to observe. Open minded experience can tell you what is there. You need theory only to design experiments. Nonsense, goodness is a matter of personal treasure. It is for varying theories of goodness, that guns and prisons are deployed.
As if we don't treasure our relationship with other humans? Solidarity is a union of interest. Meaning our "personal" treasures match those of another individual.
That is one form of personal treasure. Solution is equal dispersal. A union of interests could be harmonic only in the sense of special interest. Alliances can change.
the open-minded experience of the beginning ? this can only be self-knowledge , and is a knowing that began before words . it is intelligence of feeling . should one simple-mindedly follow the theory of rationalism , then thinking exclusively with words is your domain . you may observe the newborn , but will declare it unintelligent . it . i've explored the beginning . i did not encounter a specific god idea of ecstacy . did not search for it . shall not . an ecstacy of wonder is there , of becoming . Becoming , i'd say , is a first word like Space is a first word . self-awareness ... in the beginning ... may be the feeling of becoming and is a relational knowing . i can't quite see how to make a possible god-idea of just Space and Becoming . so i might add Light and see how that goes . at least when you got Space and Becoming you can get to somewhere more meaningful - like down the road to getting born .
Homo sapien is both knowing man and tasting man and cognition comes before recognition. I don't know what the theory of rationalism is but not one thing that ever happened in this world spoiled innocence, it simply becomes obscured by the glare. the truth inspires gratitude Yeah, we don't create our parents. Three coordinates, light becoming space.
unto all memory my recognition is now . unto being a babe inside ma , i recall cognition with a sense the memory of first light was revelation . i werent a blind baby . revelation seems similar to recognition in that it's of conciousness and elation .
you are as bad as the righteous religious person. Why are you trying to shove your beliefs down my throat. You can't prove you are right and you can't prove I am wrong. Just because you believe one way doesn't me I have too.
I think babys are born trusting, but trusting in what? Orison mentioned the Boob. As adults we naturally trust in something greater. Like Meliai said it's something greater than humanity. The OP when talking about "going to church and praying to God" is talking about belief in religion not God.
What would it mean for an infant to be born with knowledge of god's existence? Infants certainly know many things. They know their mother's face and voice, they know that unsupported objects will fall. They have long term memories and can remember how to manipulate specific objects. However, the infant's brain is not as sophisticated as an adult's brain. It would seem that in order to have a concept of god, the infant would need to possess an adult's brain. However having an infant's brain is an integral part of being an infant, which is an integral part of being human. So perhaps in a strange way it is logically impossible to create an infant that knows that god exists. Of course you could still ask: why does god not then reveal itself to everyone at a later age? Or perhaps infants are born with a knowledge of the supernatural. Humans have an innate tendency for superstitious belief, which is then elaborated upon by cultures into religious systems. Perhaps this is how god has programed knowledge of itself into humans. But then the problem of why so many religious systems. I don't believe in god though so for me it is a moot point.
there's one more infant memory i'd like to mention . it's of a mental sensation- but even more so difficult to describe - it's of a warmness , a closeness , of a calm sort of thought like having your brain massaged . it's seems like a feeling of pure intelligent existence . by pure i mean it'd be like pure music , like playing flute in the meadow and unto nothing and no one in particular . it came to me again as a young man - that same feeling of experience in the brain . and this time it came with a visual representation . if i may give it a symbol it is a pulsating energy and has the geometric sense of a figure 8 . i'm not deciding anything about what it means . it's just seemed important enough to remember . it's happened more recently too , but just not lately . hey , dope . you're a pal .
my earliest memory is being hit in the face by a snowball my mother threw at me when i was three though i had a nervous breakdown once where i think i remember being molested by my grandmother and people wonder why i am so grumpy . . .
one old way of music is to play the heartbeat on the drum and sing your story . from the root , everyone has a good true story . one old way of singing is to make sense with the simple knowing you are born with .
