Yes I'm a barefooter and I like to walk in parking garages and the subway cause my soles get very dirty. It's like a pledge.
I'm a 'barefooter' in inverted commas - I wear zero-drop, minimalist shoes. I don't go barefoot outside, except where water and/or sand. I'm here to add a bit of variety, and to help barefooters to practice being as broad-minded and tolerant towards shoe wearers as they'd like shoe wearers to be towards barefooters!
Shoe wearers are ok, theres so many of them. It's sorta like watching "Dawn of the Living Dead". Joking. If shod people are fine with barefooters thats fine. Seems a lot wish to impose their viewpoint. But that happens with most things in society. Pick a topic....religion, immigrants, etc. Tolerant people are always welcome as a breath of fresh air......Did I do that right Jagerhans?
Quite a hardcore barefooter here. Only wear shoes when I have to. Dirty soles are part and parcel of going unshod. After walking about for several hours my soles are black - that's when I know I have had a good days barefooting! Earth with the ground- there's nothing like it
i condider myself one eventhough ill admit..you will see me in shoes once it get's much colder here in VA ( like upper 40's or colder for high temperatures) my feet can handle any type of surface but very cold surfaces...i usually wind up getting sick if im BF in colder temps.
