im watching the latest city council meeting. its looking good for chickens and bees, but man, people can be a bit dense. and "my opinions are more important than yours, ive been here longer, etc"

i am back jack

we gutted the remaining pa rt of the cottaage...removed insulation and old interior walls...plus a couple exterior double skinned walls...it is amazing the crao people use in the old days toi make hoiuses....found some newspapees from 1968....not exactly ancient..

i have a new muffler to put on tomorrow....special dog shampoo for white dogs...and a shit load of other stuff to do ...then another roasd trip saturday to sisters and maybe even toronto again to grab an lb of pink kush,,,24oo spondulix

 

Ok, now I've seen it all.......
out walking the dog tonight we are rounding a corner and I see a neighbor struggling with a big strap leash like the kind I use, so I figure he's got a big dog on he end of it.
not wanting to deal with another dog, we start to cross the street where now I can see what's on the other end of the leash.......


it's a friggin' kid about 5-6 years old on a mini ATV with the leash tied to the back of the ATV seat.....kid is gunnin' it and yankin' dad all over the place.....LOL

 

Buddy always HAS to be in front of me. He'll walk with me if i make him, but he still slowly picks up the pace.

LOL... I let Buddy sniff around so he knows whats up, but if he lingers too long I tell him, "Just piss on it and lets go", sure enough, every time he pisses on the spot and we continue.

Ok, so we have a routine, morning we hit the park for a couple laps or so, in the evening it's a walk around the neighborhood.
Buddy is equally excited about both outing, but whenever we go to the park it's a curious, meandering around kind walk. Go around the basketball court, the playground, sniff the trees, run at the pool and make the ducks jump in the water. Overall a pleasant visit to the park especially now that he ignores about 99% of other animals...YEAH!!!!

BUT
when we go out in the evening, Buddy is on a MISSION FROM GAWWD!!!!!
The second we get outside he starts to power down the sidewalk, I mean me leaning full back, leash looking like it's gonna snap, Buddy digging his claws into the sidewalk trying to get traction as he drags me down the street.
That lasts for about 15-20 minutes then he stops dragging as hard, but is still going full cruising speed. He is kinda scary looking when he is motoring along like that and people do get out of his way...LOL
Heaven help any dog that decides to go at Buddy in the first 30 minutes of our nightly walks. LOL
Had another little rat dog slip it's collar the other night and try to attack Buddy. WTF are these dogs thinking?? This dog was literally smaller than Buddies head and it attacked him.

im going to have to load up the baby on my back, walk, take the bus, walk to the school, spend an hour wishing i was somewhere else, then make the trek back. i know its weird that we are a one driver/ one car household, but this after school surprise crap kills me. its fucking snowing. but its a project, part of a grade.... and then theres a choir thing next week too. ugh. im supposed to have him there before 5, and its alotted to run until 7. so, fuck dinnertime, right? witching hour for the baby, plus nighttime routine and bedtime interruptus.

what a pain. i dont want to adult today, dont make me adult today. i will even fold laundry.
