I recently discovered that doing exercises while high feels really good. Am not the only one, right? Got any tips on fun activities? I'd love to do some kayaking while high or even some SUP-boarding!
The vapor gives me that motivation to workout I was high as a kite off butane hash and walked 7 and half miles mostly up hill I thought I was going to die another time I was lit up I said to my cousin lets jog I'm sure we looked like idiots didn't make it that long on that jog lol
I regularly work out high. I find that it enhances the workout if you use the right strain (something sativa-dominated). When I do interval training, I find my sets are much easier to get through if I take a couple hits beforehand. So yeah, I am a HUGE proponent of cannabis for performance enhancement, and I believe there needs to be a lot more research done in this area since a lot of people are claiming to experience the same thing I am.
I don't like lifting high as much as doing cardio high. It makes cardio, especially HIIT, so much more tolerable.
I love going to the gym while stoned. I get in the zone quicker and can focus a bit better on the motions. Going to the gym on mescaline is also pretty fun!
Yeah, man! Hiking is the best. High or not! I'd definitely read some papers on that! I expect you get a bit more done on sativa. I was on some indica. I mean, I didn't do all that much, to be honest. I was a bit sore from earlier and did some slow push-ups, and I felt the feeling one gets on the first stretch when waking up.
I used to hit the gym right after I ripped a bong. It was fun, but I found the high interfered with my work out so now I do after I work out.
I do because the pain and fatigue feeling dissipates so you can work out harder and all I really feel is a burn and I know the burn is the pain and fatigue but it's like I enjoy that burn and then just keep going. Also the head rush can be worth it afterwards. :d
So, one day at work ( i work as bartender at some pub in my city ) we got a big party before weekend, and in the middle of it our dj come to me at bar and ask - wana smoke some strong hash? i sure say - yes ) Then i go to toilet and smoke it ) First few minute i think that this guy cheat me and this stuff is fake or low but then ) holy shit ) when i return to bar all ppl start asking me to do things so after 30 min or more working non-stop doing cocktails, coffee, tea etc i start taking some heavy orders just to go away from bar and don't see anyone )
I wouldn't want to go through that. You shouldn't smoke at work if your work is not a quiet one. I meant working out though. Going to the gym and stuff.

I've enjoyed crunches and long boarding while high. I also have played tennis for fun while stoned and a baseball game when I was younger. I found for the sports, weed was a detriment to performance. Both those sports rely heavily on timing and hand eye coordination and it didn't mix with the slow reaction time weed elicits. Long boarding and stuff is pretty fun stoned.
I say whether it's a detriment to performance depends on the strain. Not all weed produces the same effect. Some might diminish hand-eye coordination, while others may enhance it.
For baseball, I never smoked a strain that I thought may improve performance in the way I could see stimulants possibly improving performance. Never tried steroids. Marijauna may be good for a sport like football due to it's analgesic effects.
Not all weed strains produces the same effect but also, not all people get affected the same. I usually play ping pong when I smoke. An old roommate left a table at my appartment. Score! I have two types, indica and sativa, and for myself I found that a blend is best.
