If your computer is at home you are sitting at home sulking...just inflicting your 'pain' on us thats all.... yes you would take it out on others if you were feeling sorry for yourself, its called building a barrier to stop others getting in...see i do this sometimes..you seem to have it down to a fine art...i refuse to hate you, you can say whatever you like
why not be a bit more productive then.. tell us something we don't all know or something like that. lets see how intresting or terminaly dull you are
thats not answering my post Colenzo X , i don't care why your here that much..just why your wasting time posting crap all over the place.. do you have any opinons about the world or anything like that ... apart from their maybe a dickhead somewere in the UK asking you questions
I'm not sure how well this is going to go over....but oh well. I think the companies making these dolls, should be fucking shot. Unless all profits are going towards charity, I think this is jus another way for those capiltolist sons of bitches in corporate america to pull the strings on your hear, so you pull the card out of your wallet. This shit's rediculous and needs to stop. This is a mockery of those children.
I draw the line at making fun of handicapped people, but that was funny as hell. I just can't do it myself.
what? so mattel who manufactors barbies that gives girls a negative self image is allowed to make a profit yet a company that has a positive image product isn't? All kids want to see someone they relate to. how would you feel if growing up a none of your gi looked like you, you could never be a gi joe because you had a developmental disability that you were born with and accept? these kids need products that look like them and reinforce their self esteem as well. It's not about if it makes you feel bad and if you think it's right, it's about whether it benefits kids to have a fictional role model because play dreams are very important for kids-but the prop has to be relatable to the child. Maybe if you saw one of these dolls it would make you feel uncomftrable and that's why you seem so against them-not because of your views on what the kids would think.
I'm not focussed on what the kids think at all. Some of them, I don't think, would think anything of the difference. Somebody was sitting around thinking, "I want to make dolls, but there's nothing left to make. I know, I'll make it a dissability doll; people will eat that shit up". These people aren't helping children, they're helping their wallet. It's ok for mattel and everybody in the world because they aren't singling out a dissability to profit from. Where's the wheelchair dolls, the shakin cerebral palsy dolls, the tumor dolls? There's no money in that. Down syndrome hits home for a lot more people and is a very good way to make you go "awwwwww" and spend money.
what? colenzo... you're how old? fiancee.... work....? and here i had thought you were 15 or something all along. seriously! how old are you?
probably. although I'm confused because Bogs calls her a him, and I thought he was a she...... but it's in it's 20's I believe.
companies like that don't make a lot of money at all. I've never seen those dolls so it's probobly a start up not a mass manufacturing thing.
It's a company called Hest, out of Europe. This is a "first time in America" deal. These people are established. I think you'd have to be to offer dolls online like that in two countries. Start up company or major conglomerate, it doesn't matter. I think these people are taking full advantage of the fact that down syndrome is such a big deal to people.
I would love that kid anyway. I think life shouldn't be all about competition, I'm quite bright but I don't look down on people that's different from me.
