Ever come across someone like this? If you just watch about a minute or two of the below video, you'll get a sense for what I'm talking about. I don't want to get into what he's talking about, and just the way he's acting. I understand not everyone wants to click on a link, but please do not comment if you haven't watched the video, or know of the person. I bring this up because I've been caught off guard by this personality type before. Obviously he comes across as a bully, but I want to get into his actions in more detail. We see him have a little childish rant between 0:16-0:29. He doesn't seem to realise that when he throws little tantrums like that, that he waives his right to be taken seriously. He really lets himself down here between 1:11-1:25, when he sort of makes a threat. It's as if he's actually threatening Joe Rogen because he's using the word 'you', although he would say he means the royal 'you'. Rogen tries to laugh it off, but never the less I think it would be hard not to take it personally. For some reason I have the idea that ex military people behave this way!
Gun control is not a rational debate. If they can not intimidate you they are irrational. The gun is a security blanket you will not take on threat of your own death. Not all ex-military act this way but keep in mind why someone joins up. They often have no other options and sometimes criminal records. They are not always the best people in society sometimes they are failures for lack of a better world. Without the Marines they are in prison for the same mindset. Nugent is acting like a person who takes orders not the person promoted after boot camp to lead.
I love the Cat Scratch Fever song though. Pussy cat liiiving next door! Mind you.. I kinda prefer the Motörhead version a LOT more.
The guys an idiot, a bully, and like Trump a Vietnam draft-dodger [two peas in a pod] He grew up hunting and fishing with his father but when he finally got a chance to actually kill people (gooks and slopes) he deliberately failed the physical by becoming obese.
He is not a nobody. He's only a nobody compared to Mick Jagger and Springsteen. You would be a nobody.
Behavior is related to the topic discussed. You can not really separate the two. He acts that way because of his opinions on the topic.
Okay well then I didn't want to offend the people of the same belief. But I've come across people acting this way with regard to other topics.
