Exactly. It's a very messy situation to deal with anyway. Allowing euthanasia to be an option can only make this easier for everyone.
People who are past saving don't live on and on without machines and such. Letting them go on their own without pain is what I feel is best. If you want to be killed, put it in your living will. It's still suicide and your insurance should be void. I guess it's fitting to go that way, since it's trendy now to be born by doctor scheduled c-section. It used to be used only as an emergency procedure, but now it's just done willynilly because people don't have time to sit around waiting for you to be born. Next they won't have time to sit around waiting for you to die. You get yanked in one door and kicked out the other.
