i'm half white and half chinese... WHOOO go uniqueness! i look very white though, not too asian... although i live near a lot of white people, which makes me FEEL very asian. hahah..

yup. i'm half vietnamese and half chinese, but born in canada.
friends call me a banana or a twinkie. (yellow on the outside, white on the inside) or just simply white washed. :\

yay, i love you! i feel like asians are underrepresented here. and ughh, the twinkie/banana thing and those asian stereotypes drive me mad.

 

yeah i guess. but i'm guess i have no team spirit or something. or i guess where i've grown up also kinda factors into things but i've never really had any asian friends. all my friends have been anything but. and it's not like i choose it to be that way. just the way things worked out.
even so, i think i'veonly dated one asian chick my whole life. again, considering my area and stuff, that's pretty typical.
here's an example. back in the day in my highschool, out of 100 cafe tables, maybe 2-3 were asians, 5-10 were 'white', then the rest was every shade of black or brown possible. i mean west indian, east indian, african, all those 'stan' countries, europeans who aren't quite white or brown, caribbeans, pretty much anything under the sun.
so i'm used to being a minority.
but yeah, it's nice to see an asian person. yay!

 

i thought there were a lot of asians in canada? or at least in vancouver, where a few of my cousins live. i'd say about half of my friends are asian, the other half being white, african american, latin, etc. but i'm pretty much friends with all the asians that i know of in my area because there's not a whole lot of us, and we just click, you know? i always get excited when i see a fellow asian. usually they're pretty cool ppl.

yeah, there's lots of asians in canada, but in pockets. (and no i'm not thinking of china town)
but yeah, most of the areas i've grown up in, and most of the areas i chill don't normally have too many asian ppl just lingering about.
again, not by choice, just the way things are.

Down here in Hamilton theres a good bit of asians. But most of them live down in O.C It's a REALLY bad neighbourhood. Actually theres a lot of different culrtures in O.C excpet for white people.

yeah, dont' get me wrong, there's a fuckload of asians in toronto. just not in my highschools when i was younger, or any of my usual stomping grounds. that's all.

 

I'm mostly caucasian, with a little bit of cherokee thrown in the mix.
