    My-dreaded-AOL-account-comes-to-the-end-if-it's-contract-this-weekend-HURRAHHHHHH!!!

    I'm-having-to-save-all-my-files-to-CD-and-reformat-my-pc-as-it's-so-screwed-up-with-adware-or-something-that-I've-given-up-on-it!

    Then-I-want-to-get-set-back-up-with-an-independant-internet/office-package-that-is-as-ethical-as-possible.

    Any-ideas?

    Thanks-lots:)

May I ask what constitutes an ethical internet connection? :&

    not-sure-myself-to-be-honest-that's-why-I'm-asking.

    I'd-hoped-someone-may-know-a-company-that-is-not-affiliated-with-microsoft-etc.-and-one-that-didn't-shove-adverts-down-my-throat-all-the-time!

    I'm-sick-of-logging-in-to-be-bombarded-with-adverts-from-AOL....or-the-latest-news-from-random-reality-TV-shows-I-have-no-interest-in.

    Help!!!!!!!

    :)

AOL is one of the worst, so i'd imagine any other provider would be better..

You could check sites like http://www.adslguide.org.uk/ to compare different ISP's..

Yeah, I use BT Broadband. Have done for a couple of years now, they're very reliable and there's no 'hidden' nasties either..

I have BT broadband too.. But be warned they only send out routers now, so you won't be able to use winmx etc.. But if you do what I did and get an old bt modem off ebay.. your golden!

i had a dream about a dog with a human head last night, it was the head of a a 20 yr old lad with short blond hair on the body of a great dane, i stroked his head but told him i didnt like it, and then we was talkin for ages.
    bizarre, what does that mean???

    Taken from http://dreemmoods.com :)

I'm interpreting your dream as a sign that you need to focus on enjoying life a little. Maybe you're bogged down focusing on something that stresses you? The fact that you told the dog you didn't like it but still stroked him and had a long talk says to me that your initial reaction to this realisation will be resistance, but that will fade with time.

it wasnt that i didnt like him, i just didnt like stroking a 20yr old boy head.
thanks for the interpritation though, focusing on more enjoyment can never be a bad thing. I'LL DO IT!

Recently got broadband with PlusNet (Broadband Plus package). Up to 2Mb connection (depending on distance from local exchange, line noise etc.), only £14.99 a month. No monthly download limit and BBC Broadband access (watch news stories, most recent episodes of Panaroma etc.). Instead of me listing all the features, take a look for your self [IMG].
