the problem with already ground is it goes stale in no time. need to keep it in the freeze, not even the regular part of the fridge. if you want coffee to have a flavour that's really worth something you need to only get whole been and keep that in the freezer and only grind what your going to brew right before you make it. otherwise all the good flavor just faides away into the air. coffee grinders are like $19.95 or less in damd near every grocery super market these days, so its not like its any big deal to do so. i mean the little ones you can take home and set on your counter in the kitchen. which you can also use for grinding other things, like your own rose hips to make your own red zinger tea. although that does shorten the life of them a little bit, so maybe if you grind your own spices you may want to get two. and of course an expresso grind just means its ground a little finer, which is what you want when you pump steam through it to make esspresso, rather then soaking boiling water through it to make regular coffee. =^^= .../\...
what are indie kids? I don't like espressos. I only have them if I'm in a rush and struggling to keep my eyes open. don't get quite as torn up about people pronouncing it incorrectly, but there is definitely a part of me that strongly disapproves.
