but that is making the assumption that LSD provides some type of awareness not accessible during normal waking consciousness. not disagreeing, just saying it relies on an assumption.
If it is investigation of the fibers then you have misplace the esoteric The acid would be outside the fibers.
Investigation if it is to lead to apprehension of the esoteric must be devoid of assumptions but not curiosity, as in what if.
Question for you occultists, what are the similarities and differences with magick, voodoo and pagan rituals? Based on a brief wiki reading, it seems magick is more of an umbrella term for alot of various types of practices. I had a pagan friend who would often do spells with various herbs and stuff and she would add blood and semen to tinctures sometimes. Are these spells necessarily directed at the individual whose fluids they are or do they represent more general wishes for the spell practioner? Edited by guerillabedlam, Today, 06:02 PM.
I believe you (thedope) made mention of DNA being a repository of info, rather than the "Akashic record". That is a concept that came rushing through during a journey with LSD. I wrote down the thought while at the height of my journey; "dna is deep memory of an instinctual nature" and that is about as far as I got. But it certainly did/does hold a lot of answers concerning esoteric knowledge if one is willing to extrapolate on the notion and dive down that rabbit hole. the rest of what I wrote that night became this; http://www.hipforums.com/forum/topic/380894-some-thoughts-about-lsd/?hl=pb_smith#entry6011088
The only thing similar to esoteric knowledge that the occultists keep is their secrets. They are trying to grasp through proxy.
not if it's liquid, then you break out the black light and scissors. it still works though, cat hair and all :daisy:
I made that connection to demonstrate that it is all right here not somewhere else. Maxim of esoteric knowledge as above so below.
guilty as charged on both counts.... you don't remember me as PB?? don't know why it opens up halfway down the page?
