This forum has gone to the dogs. To many smart asses trolling around with shitty remarks and comments just trying to illicit a response. It used to be a good forum for genuine people to share thoughts and experiences, now it's just ........ constant bull. The 50 Shades of Grey Trilogy I just ordered the new one in the series, entitled 'Grey'. It is suppose to be the first book from the perspective of Christian Grey. I hope it isn't hog wash, and I didn't waste $22.
My partner is reading the new book at the moment. She really enjoyed the 50 shades trilogy too. Anybody else know of so really good erotic literature?

Yup, completely agree. I found a complete, unabridged PDF copy of "Fifty Shades" on the web a few months ago and snagged a copy, figuring it was the only way I'd ever read it (as I was never going to pay for a copy.) I stopped about a quarter of the way in, because I was having trouble fighting back my gag reflex. Have you ever read SF fan-fiction, especially Star Trek fan-fiction? Well, "Fifty Shades" struck me as comparable to the worst possible piece of Star Trek fan-fiction as written by a hormonally poisoned, socially challenged fourteen year-old girl. The reviewer that sunfighter quoted (above) pretty much nailed it on the head. I don't really know which I find more depressing; that someone would write that tripe in the first place, or that it'd be turned into a big-budget movie and do so well at the box office. Sometimes, I just weep for my species.
Well Buzz from what I've read (and I know if I'm reading about this shit I have too much time on my hands) the reason that 50 Shades reads like fan fiction is because it started out as Twilight fan fiction. The woman who wrote it is middle aged and has no experience with BDSM. I guess that there are other writers writing similar shit and they are calling the genre "Mommy Porn". C/S, Rev J
