I'm not the greatest Eric Clapton fan, but one thing he and I share is a lifelong appreciation of the late J.J. Cale.
Clapton just released "Eric Clapton & Friends - The Breeze (An Appreciation of JJ Cale)" on the anniversary of Mr. Cale's death last year.

This release features Derek Trucks, Tom Petty, Willie Nelson, Don White, Mark Knopfler, the fabulous David Lindley, and Albert Lee paying tribute to the life and music of an American original.
