Don't worry about it, if my body had a way of showing when I'm horny, I'd be nervous about it too. Erections are just another function of the body.
erections are just one of them things .When my boys started going through puberty they were always hard it was ignored and no one mentioned it .My kids saw me hard regularly and nothing was ever made of it and when they did start asking we were honest with them .
Its not something you see all the time but it does happen. It is normally bad etiquette to walk around hard, but I personally don't think its an issue unless you are actually showing it off. Most nude beaches have families with kids present.
If in North America: The world of adult nudists will not be comfortable with a man displaying an erection, even if he's lying on or walking on the beach minding his own business. Why do I suspect you know this already? If you want the freedom to be readily seen wearing an erection by other adults of mixed gender, there are resorts and clubs where it's allowed, even encouraged. Try Google. There are beaches around the world where you can be erect, rub one out, or even have sex with others. None I am aware of here in the U.S., but in eastern Europe (and perhaps in Asia ?). (I'm not judging anyone... I am an exhibitionist myself to an extent, I can admit it)
Many are not so inclined.. Many are, but resist it to avoid problems and to ensure their opportunity to be socially nude is not endangered... to "fit in". Happens to me, I very occasionally have to hit the pool or cover it, and I'm almost 60. That's the reality of it. On a nude beach it would be even more so.
In your home, yes? Again, I personally would have no problem with the same if you were all on a beach or a nudist resort, but... There is a difference in the topic at hand here... at least with regard to social nudity in the U.S.

However, I'd probably end up covering myself with a towel. If you're sunbathing and you were laying on your back you could roll over like a smooth operator.
