I posted this already in a different section before I noticed this one!! Sorry if it annoys anybody. Ok, I'm experiencing some problems, my erections are not as hard or as big as they used to be. I still get aroused and I do get erect but it's not as solid as it should be. Also when I ejaculate I don't really shoot anymore, it's more of a small spurt! I'm only 37 years old so this is getting very worrying for me. Anybody ever experience anything similar? Any help and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Go to the doctor. Get your testosterone level checked. Are you taking any mental health meds? Any recent stressors? High blood pressure meds? All these can cause the problem you are talking about.You can buy some otc boner pills at your local tobacco shop. Just ask the guy behind the counter. You will need a check up to get to the real source of the problem. Testicular atrophy is rare and usually atributed to high dose anabolic steroids. Do not let those people scare you about side effects of HRT. It is not as bad as it used to be. The ejaculation problem can be fixed with zinc, folic acid and soy lecithin. That is the combo porn stars use. It will make you explode.
Is there really a product that does that? A product that porn stars take? I thought that was all BS but curious if it really works and if its safe.
I'm not currently taking any meds, ive done a little research into boosting testosterone levels naturally and the zinc thing has come up a few times. Think I might try to naturally boost my levels before I go to a doctor and try HRT. Seems to be a few side effects from taking testosterone. Not sure what to do yet. All your comments and advice is appreciated. Thanks everybody.
Hey man, sorry to hear about the problems you're experiencing. Sucks getting older. I'm in my early 40's, and noticed similar issues a couple years back. There's a few things I did that I know helped me a lot. Here's some high-level info / comments on it that hopefully will help. ***Just a disclaimer, I'm not a doctor, so please check in with your GP before making any drastic lifestyle changes.*** #1 – Are you relatively fit? I don't mean super athletic, but just generally healthy cardio-wise? If not, that's the first step I'd take. Start doing some kind of cardio exercise that gets your blood pumping at least 3 times a week. Erections are all about blood flow, and if you're not in good shape or overweight, it will impact you more so than age. #2 – Look into L-Arganine and L-Citrulline – There's a lot of info on the web about these amino acids. L-Arganine specifically is a pre-cursor to Nitric Oxide – similar to Viagra. Don't expect these to give you an instant erection like the "boner pills", but after about 3 weeks of taking these, i noticed that I'd wake up with serious morning wood –*every single day, and my erections during and post sex were way harder than they had been in years. #3 – Start doing Kegal exercises. It's easy, takes very little time, and will definitely help give you more control and make your ejaculation stronger. The only downside to all of the things listed above is that they all take time / commitment to work. A lot of people want a "magic pill" to make things happen immediately, but my experience is there's always a downside to the "instant fix". Good luck man : )
