Liam - I think the "instant orgasm" cream is phony - sold by travelling snake oil salesmen. To get an erection, the capillaries inside the corpus cavernosa sacks in the shaft of your penis have to fill with blood. Smearing the outside skin of the penis with a cream will do nothing, except lessen the weight of your wallet.

One additional point - since guys screw with their brains and not the delivery system between their legs, for some guys, if they believe that an "erection cream" or herbal erectile supplement will make them hard, it may just happen. This is the same thing as in medical experiments where half the people were given medication and the other half were given placebos, and some in the placebo group felt that the pill that they took improved their condition just like those given the medication did. The human mind is a powerful thing.
