It's not his tie. It's clearly his boxers showing through his fly, you can notice that it has a pattern while his tie is clearly a solid red. Even if they were exactly the same, I don't know how anyone could come to the conclusion that it's his tie.

I only like the Clinton one, specifically because his fly is down. It's the only one that seems personal.

You are right. I was looking at the picture on a smaller monitor yesterday.
I've got it on my large TV now. I can clearly see the polka-dot boxers now.
I can also see the flying saucer.
Realising the woman is supposed to be Monica Lewinsky - I can understand why he has his flies down now...

I did not look that hard , I stand corrected . Its an illistration , not a real pic. tho. I would guess the artest liked the idea of a u.f.o. flying around in a pic of Clinton .
