The punishment for this kind of negligence should be the people responsible for this spill have to drink the water for two weeks!!!

Punishment never stopped these people from doing anything. One guy in NJ who was a member of the mafia obtained a licence to sell used crank case oil for heating homes and then obtained a licence to dispose of toxic waste. After giving countless people cancer and killing who knows how many he served time in prison, only to repeat the same act all over again in Pennsylvania as soon as he was released.

In good times, the average lifespan of a mafia member is five years. When money and the gun are allowed to do most of the driving, nobody is actually steering and you might as well be arguing with the nearest wall.

That is vile and disgusting and is the news that gets me riled up and feeling very sad...because there is nothing I can do or say to stop any of it.

and it is just going to get worse with Trump...his diminishing of the EPA....We probably won't even be made aware and everyone can just cancer and sick and die not knowing why...not to mention the precious wildlife....

Does any one care really? I guess not.

The article was posted today on the EPA findings!

"Environmental Protection Agency said Friday in a new report on the 2015 blowout that turned rivers in three states a sickly yellow."

I would guess the higher estimate is what's new.
