it's a cute book, i have it..i'm in the process of learning how to macrame and teaching my dog how to catch a frisbee. hahaha. oh dear. i need help. *crazy*
haha i LOVE that hippie handbook... it's so dorky. but it tells you how to change the oil on a volkswagen bus. as far as asking if you're a hippie: if you have to ask, you'll never know! i <3 mashed potatoes and i can afford them...
It just seems so pointless to me to ask a bunch of people if you're a hippie or not, 'cause if you are, you just 'are.' You're not 'trying to be.' And you wouldn't question who you are. A hippie isn't a stereotype, the way I see it: being a hippie is, for the most part, being at peace with yourself, spreading love to the world around you, and freeing yourself from what the world wants you to be. Besides, why do people find it so important to label themselves to belong to a certain group? I'll tell you what you are, you're a human being! That's a group! I'm happy just being 'a me,' like Quoth the Raven said. (I don't mean to sound angry about it or anything. It's just something I've seen a lot of, here somewhat and around the 'net, and I'm a little tired of it).
