America is the Roman Empire right now, right before the collapse.

I don't want to be doom and gloom, but I see where the world is heading. All I have to do is look at our debts and deficits, the dollar being at an all-time low, the current geo-political situation and the out-of-control government spending that is taking place. This country is on the verge of bankruptcy.

Americans have no idea what the coming years have in store for them.

 

Yeah, it's all just a matter of time. We had a pretty good run though. However, I wouldn't mind seeing this administration topple.

We owe almost all our debts to our own citizens though, in the form of bonds...

The government doesn't even really have to pay that back.

No. We owe most of our debt to other countries, many of whom are dropping the dollar in favor of more stable currency, such as the Euro.

As it is, we are currently importing 2.5 billion daily from foreign countries. I wonder how many Americans know that.

From what I know, the Dollar is more stable than the Euro.
