I don't know how to start this but here it goes...... I've been feeling lonely for years now, I'm bored with my life, all the things I used to love doing seems to be boring now to me and there are times when I get really emotional to a lot of things. I don;t know how I can manage this :/

There could be many reasons-hormone imbalance, suppression of gender brain mapping if you are androgyne and/or highly creative and intelligent

But those were MY reasons for feeling that way at your age.

To fight it, I exercised, ate plenty of fish and green food, but I'm an extreme case as I'm partially trans (my gender identity is partly male although I'm a bio female).
I spent my life trying to act like I was "supposed" to act, pleasing my family, but now I realize I'm a gender-blend and allowing myself to express it gives me relief.

    But that's just me.

The feeling you described seems very familiar to me, and I am still looking for a solution. My best two guesses as to the cause are:

    1. You might not be getting proper nutrients, so that your brain has difficulties processing things properly. Stop listening to other peoples' opinions as to what is healthy and what is not, and reading articles about how it is scientifically proven that every human being in the world absolutely has to eat or not eat this or that. Get into the habit of observing the reactions of your own organism.

    2. You might be unconsciously or semi-consciously realising that the world won't let you live the way you desire to live. That is, your friends, parents, television and such are overflowing you with opinions as to what is the proper way for a young woman to live, but you feel somewhere deep inside that you want something different, and that something may be too scary to admit to your friends or parents, or even yourself.

At any rate, don't take too seriously those who suggest that your aura is of the wrong colour, or that you are just supposed to have this or that kind or crisis at this or that age. Things have reasons. They may not be easy to find out, and they may not be pleasant to know, but they are there.
