I honestly feel bad for anybody who has never just turned and punched somebody in their life. Bottling up rage like that is enough to make a school shooter.
...i have read what you wrote and that made me think better about this issue.I have found myself in some situations and maybe that`s because I`m 18, a teenager. But still,i tried to deal with this emo wave, i even had an emo boyfriend that i sincerly can`t understand,i dunno, they seem like they are training for the moments when they will have to face real problems...I guess it`s not suck a big deal that mum didn`t alllow me to go out in the weekend at the mall or stuff like this.I can do that too.We all can. When they don`t have any problems, they act as if they have and when they have to deal with some problem, they are running away. That`s an art!?!?...but,maybe I don`t have the key...:leaving:
The thing that pisses me off the most is that this "Emo" fad that's going on right now...isn't really emo in the true sense. Emo has nothing to do with cutting yourself and being depressed and whiny. "Emo" is a shortened version of Emotional Hardcore (subgenre of punk music). It's really about the emotion within the music, and no person can truely be considered "emo", because you can't be a music genre. This current fad has come about thanks to guess who? MTV. The people responsible for destroying music as we know it. They label something emo that really is nowhere near the true definition, and suddenly high school kids all across the nation start wearing so much eyeliner that their eyes are caked shut, cutting themselves, and whining about how they can't keep a relationship with someone they met in biology class.
