My two friends and I have all had some very mortifying moments naked.
    Let's start with me.
A few years ago, I got injured from saving a wolf puppy from being crushed by a falling boulder. After falling off the cliff, I got very badly injured. Thankfully my friend Bartolomeo was there with me at the time I jumped to save the poor puppy. Anyway, as soon as I got to the hospital, they got me completely naked. And after thawing me out, there were a few times I got some very badly timed visits from my family. Happened five times in ten days.

    Now Bartolomeo.
Bart was playing dodgeball in gym that day. He beat these two German brothers who were very sore losers (kind of like the liberals after the election). So they got revenge on him. Now Bart and my other friend Giovanni are like brothers to me, even though we're not biologically related. Anyway, so Bart went to shower after gym, and the sore losers stopped him on his way to the locker room, and the locker room has an exit you can go out, but can't get back in. So they took one arm each, and took him to the exit, where they took his towel and locked him out. Now he was naked out in the open. That is, the gym. And we had an assembly that day. Luckily my orchestra class got done a bit early, so I decided to get to the gym early to get a good seat. And what do I find? My brother naked desperately wondering what he was to do. I startled him when I said his name. Now to be considerate, I took off my glasses as I got closer so that everything would be a complete blur. So I asked what happened, before he could tell me, the bell rang. That's when I acted out of panic and tried to help, but made it worse. I should have told him to hide, but instead, I said, "if we hurry, you can get back into the locker room before anyone gets here. No such luck. We made it to the middle of the floor by the time everyone started pouring into the gym, bursting out put in laughter. I felt like I was going to puke, as I had just failed so miserably to protect my brother. The principal came and said he'd chastise the crowd, but I (unintentionally) got Bart into that mess, and I was going to get him out. So I yelled very angrily at everyone, and said there was nothing funny about this, and then really got them when I said, "what if this was you, would it be funny any more?" No one thought it was funny after I was done talking. The principal told everyone to leave. When they did, poor Bart say sat down and cried. As his brother, it was my job to be there for him. By Monday (this happened on a Friday, his birthday), he felt better, and anyone who have him a bad time about what happened, I gave them hell.

    Now Giovanni.
Giovanni is a very shy boy. To get him past that, we got him the lead in a play, and the lead had a song to sing. And Giovanni has a voice like Pavarotti. So he sings damn good. That's how we got him the part, the drama director trusts my musical instincts. So I worked intensively with Giovanni on the song, and he was ready to go by shownight. Bart and I also had minor roles in the play, as the lead character's friends. How fitting. Anyway, we didn't go on for a few acts, so we were going to sit in the audience and cheer him on. Now it was close to show time. The audience was packed full. Giovanni was back stage getting into costume, when the guy who got beat for the role decided to get revenge. He nabbed Giovanni just before he could put on his costume, and pushed Giovanni out on the stage, completely naked, with a full audience and the spotlight was on. Bart and I had just discussed something really funny, and were laughing hysterically, then we heard a roar of laughter behind us. That's when I looked up to the stage, only to find my poor brother standing naked and mortified on stage, in front of a HUGE audience. He was so scared he couldn't move, and was breathing very heavily. Bart and I knew we had to do something. So we ran up on stage, and told that audience what's what. They didn't think it was funny after we were done speaking. So I took Giovanni back stage while Bart said a few more things, and Giovanni just sat down and cried. For him, that robbed him of all his confidence. Bart came back stage to join me in being there for our poor brother. We thought we ought to go home with him, because he'd probably need his brothers. Good thing we did. It took us forever to get him to sleep, and when we did, we were so tired we just crashed right where we were, on either side of the bed. When we woke up, we were still so tired when we went down for breakfast. Bart actually fell asleep in his cereal. That was funny. Now with a lot of pep talking, and saying we'd be on stage with him the entire time to make sure nothing could happen, he reluctantly agreed to try again that night. To be extra sure he had enough confidence, especially when he had to sing, Bart and I made complete asses of ourselves on stage. I came out for the first scene, went to sit in the chair, but made sure I missed it, with a glass of water that splashed me. Then Bart said, "HA! Loser." Then fell back in his chair while taking a drink of water that spilled all over him. S little later, I scooted back in my chair and fell off the stage. That was just before the song, so it worked, because Giovanni did great.

They usually join me on them. Baring our feet doesn't bother us, but being naked, especially in front of anyone, that we can't stand.
