Again dont think Musk is evil(or good), he pushed space/battery/tech faster forward then anyone in the last century......wich is needed imo.

I like his humour(twitter),i would probabely do the same,just to see what happens(social media). I do think he is going to honour the poll......do hopefully more usefull things lol.

The initial frame of reference in the OP is wrong. He's neither genius nor crazy. To try to make him one or the other is in itself nuts.
Someone's value in life should not just be about what they achieve or what they create. Nor should it be about so-called net worth, when if his companies collapse, how much would he then be worth?
It's all notional 'paper' worth.

No, what's a better measure of someone's worth (or value), is what they add to society or do for others.
No, not electric cars, not space rockets or other tangibles but, society, that invisible thing that binds us or divides us as a nation/planet/species.

He is clearly on the divisive side of things and for me has absolutely no value or, worse, negative value.
I was excited by the cars in 2014 and 2015 but, now, after I have seen his own tweets, I am so glad I didn't stretch to buy one.

Today, anyway, many toms dicks & harrys are building much better cars.
He wasn't the first to make electric cars happen, either, which means those who worship him, for creating those items, are little more than delusional fanboys.

Unless and until he would use his influence to try to bring people together (I'm not holding my breath), he's just someone to whom I'd say 'C U Next Tuesday'.
