I have a few friends that have been to electric forest. They said they had a fantastic time and it's a pretty high quality event. Fricken expensive though. Lots of major headliners, I'm sure.
After falling in love with the pictures of their Sherwood Forest attraction that are posted online everywhere, I asked a friend of mine who lives in MI about it. She says that she has never been personally, but she has spoken to locals about it and they all say it was an amazing event when it started, but people have just turned it into a place to get high and pee everywhere. The prices are jacked sky-high to just go into a big mess of people that are jerks ruining the fun for everyone. I was hoping to maybe go out and crash at her place and then have a great time listening to music and dancing and wandering in the neon trees, but my hopes have been dashed. I wish they would try out something like this in my state... Plenty of forest to paint in Maine.
