Real world example and then I am done defending him. Like I said, he wasn't my candidate so I really have no business doing so anyway. I also said I will believe it when I see it but I am forced to believe hillary if she said she isn't going to do it.

I worked at a plastics factory we made the color for Spaldings helmets that they make for the Arizona Diamondbacks. All our suppliers and customers are all in the states. Spalding moved their factory where they mold the helmets to China. It was cheaper for them to buy from us and pay for hundreds of lbs worth of shipping there. Make the Hemets and pay for the hundreds of lbs to ship back to the states than it was to just make it here and ship it a few hundred miles by truck. Eventually they found a supplier in China losing our account with them. And contributing to me losing my very good job there. If a higher tariff gives even a chance at Spalding and other similar companies staying in the states and keeping people like me with those jobs it would have been worth whatever downsides trump has.

 

The positives of Trump are there for there cannot be negatives without their equal opposition.

 

People are missing the bigger picture. What's important is that now people won't have to decide on what would have been a proper title for Bill Clinton (First Gentleman?) had Hillary been elected. Trump's wife, who could easily pass for his daughter, is a former model who posed nude in a magazine. To match such a feat, Bill Clinton would have had to have posed nude in a magazine and with guns and handcuffs. So many important issues such as these that were somehow missed during the campaign won't have to be addressed now that the election is over.
