Elbows

Are my new favorite part of the body. I was practicing self defense today and you'd be AMAZED how much damage an elbow can do... you get to swing it 180 degrees and "bamm!"

 

haha people have made fun of me for my sharp elbows, but they can seriously do some damage

 

yea, elbows are pretty dangerous

plus, mine are pretty ashy too

 

Can anyone lick their elbow?

I love my elbows now and I'm trying to lick them but I cannot.

edit- Im gonna stop that, almost broke my arm or dislocated my shoulder.....

Yeah.... that's why I was gonna ask if anyone actually tried it.

Of course I did because I'm silly and I always think I can do the impossible...

 

an elbow to the head and a knee to the face is great

 

A knee into the balls is nice too.

 

My first muay thai coach told me that everything besides my elbows should be used to get in close enough to shove my elbow into their throat.

He was a former golden gloves boxer. Of course, I never got to fight in any matches where elbows were allowed, but I got taught to use them very proficiently.

I like the knees a lot too, Works really well for the ladies if someone tries to grab you by the arms too. Bring them into someones thigh and they'll have a hard time standing.

 

That works fantastic too.

We never fought like that though.

Well, I was just practicing moves at home for if you are ever attacked. So they are different then a fight situation like in boxing...

knees are fun to use. never been trained to use them, but have used them in a few street fights i've had

hurt someone really quickly with a nicely placed knee.

*note- i dont' go out and start fights, all me fights are defensive....

Oh yeah, Don't get me wrong, I aprove of people using knees to the balls for self defense.

Hell I approve of it just to make a point.

That's probably a little overboard, but still.

 

never underestimate the groin shot,
and if you are gonna hit someone in the face...punch thier nose...i cant tell you how many times ive seen a dude nearly in tears from a nose punch...
