Having fallen on hard times, I recently applied to be an egg donor. Although I turned to it out of desperation, I'm finding my emotions about it are pretty positive.... i like knowing I'd be helping someone start a family, and although I have never wanted to be a parent, the idea of taking part in creating a life is kind of amazing. But I am a bit concerned about the possible effects of the hormones. (I have had problems with fibroids in the recent past) I was wondering if anyone here had any experiences with this process?
