So back on track and a problem of ED, Erectile dysfunction (ED), sometimes called impotence, is a common symptom for men with MS. Although there are drugs that can help with the physical symptom, effective treatment involves looking at psychological and emotional factors that may be contributing.

    Well that's one answer.

Ankylosing spondylitis (AS), which is a chronic rheumatologic disorder, may be associated with erectile dysfunction (ED). The Aim of this study was to determine the incidence of erectile dysfunction in AS patients with a control group and to de- termine the risk factors for ED.
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) — such as naproxen (Naprosyn) and indomethacin (Indocin, Tivorbex) — are the medications doctors most commonly use to treat ankylosing spondylitis. They can relieve your inflammation, pain and stiffness. However, these medications might cause gastrointestinal bleeding.Nov 8, 2019

    This may help as well.

Ankylosing spondylitis - Symptoms and causes

Depression is an illness that sometimes can be controlled by meditation.
Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Also called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. You may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities, and sometimes you may feel as if life isn't worth living.
This is from the Mayo Clinic and below is the full site address.

    Hope this helps

I can relate to the MS. It's a bitch but I still do sex and cum, just takes a little longer and need more foreplay. Some OTC meds help like pseudophedrine. In the USA you have to sign for it and have limited amount you can buy at one time. Hillbillies make meth out of it. The doctor prescribe drugs like Cialis and Viagra may or may not help. I tried them and think it is more psychological. But what ever "pulls your trigger" or "floats your boat", or whatever.

I too have AS and its accompanied by some nerve damage from a spinal surgery which has ended up resulting in pens atrophy. My libido remains high and I can cum but I am always limp and my penis has shrunk to a small nub with only the head poking out. This causes issues some may not have thought of such as I have pissed myself a couple times because if I do not physically push the head down I end up pissing straight out ... a real issue when you are sitting on the toilet. The other issue is that since my head now sticks straight out it rubs against my underwear and pants and I am in a constant state of semi arousal and I am hyper aware of my dick even though I cant get hard. I have tried all the ED drugs to no avail but am fortunate to have an understanding wife who enjoys her toys and who enjoys teasing me about it.
