Eating Kills the Buzz?

I heard that if you eat it kills the buzz, and that it's better if you smoke up with little in your stomach and not to eat while high. So I always have this delemmia with myself, whether I should eat and fulfill my cravings, or to not kill the buzz. Any of you heard of this, and what is your choice?

 

it doesnt matter if you eat before you smoke

 

eat! doesnt do anything to the high except maybe make it better because youll be happier!

 

I guess that kind of goes along the lines of it taking less alcohol to get you drunk on an empty stomach.

 

Except I don't think he's talking about ingesting it.

If I eat while high my high changes to a different mentality at times. Sometimes that mentality is better, sometimes its not, it all depends on the mood and what I am doing at the time.

 

here's my theory...

when you're new to smoking pot, you get the muchies a lot more, and if you eat, it really doesn't do anything.

when you're a pothead, you don't usually get the munchies, and if you eat, it kinda brings down your high.

my solution...

eat if i'm hungry, don't if i'm not.

I would rather eat before becuase when i get hungry on them and i just take one bite of something i can stop eating, then i can feel like shit. Cause food just tastes so good when high. So usually i avoid eating after.
