    Wayne "Ean" Evans, bassist for Lynyrd Synyrd, would have turned 54 years old today if he'd have survived.

    Lung Cancer took him in 2009.


    This is his cover of Stairway To Heaven. I watched him play this so many times in so many smoke filled garages and basements, lol

    Anyway, he was my friend/boyfriend and I miss him.

    WOW! Was your boyfriend? AWESOME! I was just thinking about this song and here it is....one of life's many coincidences.......It is sad that he died.....though....
