well it dont matter if u have it for personal use if u get caught with more than one ur getting a class y felony and theres nothing u can do bout it... and if u only have one-three EAT THAT SHIT YO!!!! dont get caught over some lil shit like that....
In the US Attempted merder - NO Attempted suicide - NO Life in prison (first time) - NO (may be different in some states for habitual) Difference between a couple and multiple is huge especially if distributing. More then likely if you get caught with one you will go to jail that night but get off with probation (not guaranteed). If you get caught selling, a couple years is likely. My buddy and I were responsible for about half the E in Savannah and almost all the X about 8 years ago and he got popped (I got lucky since real friend don't snitch). He got popped by GBI (Ga Bureau of Investigation) and served no time. He ended up with probation only but he was in college and supporting a child so they were a little easy on him. He got lucky. Of course, if he would have done time he knows I would have have supported his kid. Each pill is a seperate charge and sentencing can run consecutively however they always run it concurrently. This does not mean 100 pills will be the same as 1 pill. If they believe you are selling, they are more likely to throw the book at you where as personal consumption they might give the minimum.
