I was thinking the same thing. They have some of the e-cigs where you can refill your cartridges and you do it by injecting the liquid into it. What if you just injected some hash oil in it? :2thumbsup:
Yeah I have the Apollo ecigs and they are one of the best brands out there. The vapor is nice & thick. You can check them out at: apolloecigs.com.
nicotine is processed by your body like the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. when you have alot of nicotine you get used to the feeling of having alot of acetylcholine and you ingest nicotine to avoid withdrawing from lack of it. smoking an e cig you are just adding to the amount of this chemical your body is used to, so using an e cig is just as bad as smoking cigs when it comes to getting you addicted to high levels of nicotine. when you stop smoking your desire for this chemical balance will slowly go away, but only after you stop taking in nicotine. Cigarettes are more pleasurable and good tasting than e-cigs, so anyone trying to quit with an e cig is likely to relapse to real cigs
I'm not trying to be contrary here, but I've got to say that in my experience it's the other way around. I prefer the e-cig, hands down.
I have a Blu.. it sucks.. have had both charging packs go to shit on me.. their cartridges half of them don't work.. and then there is the fact that when it's dead... you'll still fall back on a cigarette to get your nicotine fix and there you are stuck smoking cigs again... the vapor sensation is nothing comparable to a cig and it still reinforces the fact that you are smoking a cigarette.. electronic or not.. and like i said... if you can't reach for the e-cig you'll just reach for an analogue.. i've since went the route of cold turkey and haven't touched a cig in about a month now
well someone who has become addicted to burning tobacco leaves is gunna like the real thing a whole lot more than water vapor with added chemicals. they're just not as pleasant (for whatever reason) and youre just sustaining your addiction with e cigs.
that's the exact reason i fell back to cigs after trying the e-cig.... i didn't lose any of the previous mechanics that go with making smoking a real cig so easy.. still taking puffs.. still doing the hand to mouth motions... still blowing out vapor... but in the end it's not as satisfying.. and all the "tobacco" ones i found to be very harsh on my throat.. almost a stinging sensation... cigs were "smooth" compared to most of that e-juice.. I ended up only liking the Cherry flavored carts that blu had.. but 1) they were expensive 2) half the time they didn't work and blu has shitty customer service and won't discount you for them but i must clear things up for you.. the "chemicals" in e-juice are in every day products.. you may ingest some of them daily.. as it's just PG(Propylene Glycol) and/or VG(Vegetable Glycerin).. Water.. and natural flavor extracts.. with nicotine added.. they really aren't harmful
So, I got my order yesterday and so far, the review is positive. Hubby really liked it. Grant it, we only tried a few puffs but we definitely dug it. I ordered several flavor cartridges but we only tried one that is supposed to mimic parliaments. I didn't find them to taste like parliaments, however... but whatever. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other, non-tobacco flavors (I got a sample pack). I also ordered a version that is supposed to mimic the flavor of camels and spirits... I'll give it a try this weekend. Fyi, they are also sold with 0 nicotine. The vapor was very thick and really mimicked smoke. It was strange that there was no smell. Only time will tell whether I truly like them or not... But I'd much rather hubby smoke these instead of regular cigarettes. They may not be the healthiest, but they're definitely a better alternative. As long as it's done in moderation. On an aside, I'm glad I didn't get the Blus as they don't seem to have the best reviews from you all. Although, I have spoken to others irl who liked them, so I guess it depends on preference. I'm also going to add that addiction is not as black and white as some of you are making it out to be. What works for some may not work for others. What appeals to some does not appeal to others. The ecigs I bought clearly state on the package that they are not intended for cessation, but there are some who HAVE found success with them and there are some long-time smokers who actually prefer them.
