Everyone old enough to own the LP knows that Hard Rain was about the Cuban missile crisis, it's right there in the freakin liner notes. And everyone should know Bob is bullshitting 95% of the time on camera. Anyway, on the topic.... Freewheelin' has a big chunk of Dylan's most momentous and enduring folk songs, it has to win this poll. That record is head and shoulders above the other 3 in the poll, IMO.
I'd have to say The Times They Are A-Changin'. That's such an amazing album, every single song is great. Coming in a close second would have to be Freewheelin'
must go with the crowd and say freewheelin', but I am obsessed with the self titled at the moment. his version of house of the risin' sun, in my time of dyin', and fixin' to die are just incredible
Freewheelin's always sound. but when you're in the mood John Wesley Harding, takes me away to the fantasy world where i wanna be, agricultural but not. 'there must be some kind of way out of here'. heh heh heh
