Some of what you say is true. Much of it is presented in a confrontational tone. I knew quite a bit when I was 23, too. Seven years later, I know how little I understand. Knowlege, education, experience, and understanding are tricky like that.

 

I haven't just started learning about chemicals this year. I have been researching everything I put into my body since I was 12 years old. I pride myself on being one of the FEW educated drug users out there.

 

I sometimes struggle with pride too. I think I really started reading about Timothy Leary etc. at about 12 years old as well.
I think that there is much misinformation on this website and it is difficult to gently educate people because it is frustrating. Everyone has his own approach, I suppose.
It may be wise to not assume that everyone on this site is uneducated, either formally, through research, private study, or any combination of the three.
I think that we all have much to learn, and some of us take ourselves too seriously sometimes. Lets learn and grow together as an online community!

i personally dont like DXM. ive tried it quite a few times in my high school years and i might actually go ahead and say it fucking sucks and its pointless to do. its like being on bad shrooms with little to no psychoactive effects, nausea, negative delusional effects, ending in a crash like you wouldnt believe. just because you might read good trip reports on erowid doesnt mean its worth trying. you really need to know what your doing with that shit tho, so if your gonna try it make sure you read up on all the shit you need to know or you'll end up getting deathly sick from an OD of guaifenesin or the 20 other possible active shit that comes in DXM products. maybe it will affect you differently but just know it makes alot of people sick and if you have other ways of getting fucked up, its my advice to stick to those.
