so ive posted this in other drugs(dont know y it belongs here lol) but ive got a question about the agent lemon method. it says its for cough syrup but i have the pills and was wondering if i dissolve them in water if it could work. the agent lemon is the easiest way ive found that also gets rid of the guaif.

I would assume this would work, if you mean gelcaps. If you mean hard pills, i am unsure, but I would think so. After all, you can do dilution washes with water during the first filtration stage using the agent lemon method, and the naptha layer floats on top. I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work. Then again, if you had pure DXM pills, you probably wouldn't want to agent lemon...

If you do mean capsules, i would soak them in warm water, then pop them open, and filter out the gelcaps themselves, then use the resulting liquid as normal.

    Good Luck:cheers2:
