Drunk vs High?

I read this so many times to make sure I hadn't misread it, haha.
Please explain...

 

i like gettin drunk off weed

 

Weed is better than alcohol, for sure. I've paid lots for weed, but I wouldn't go to the same lenghts to get drunk.
I can be productive while high, but, for me, getting drunk always makes me kind of like "Fuck you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", and I don't like that too much.
I like weed, cause it's more like "Yeah, man, let's write a fucking book!!", and that suits me better.

 

Being drunk and high is like codependent for me now, lol.
I like them both a lot on their own but when they come together, sexy.

 

stoned out of my skull on peyote cerominally or pot or maybe shrooms , or someother for of shamatic ways . i wish i could do pot but i cant becuase of my meds . and i can t drink and i dont like getting drunk

 

for me alcohol gives me a more euphoric feeling but probaly cus I smoke herb a lot and don't drink often. having a joint and a 42oz is the best way kick back.

 

I am a total light weight, and alcohol makes me sick.

But why is it that I can take horrendous amounts of psychedelics and be totally fine?!?

I like to be high vs. drunk any day of the week, or how about every day of the week...

Personally i hate alcohol, i think its terrible. On the other hand i think cannabis is the best, food is better music is crazy the high is better and i think i go alot deeper into conversation when i am stoned with my friends. I dont know thats my opinion.

Drinking and being high are nothing alike, this is sacrilege!

 

I would rather be high on almost any chemical than be drunk. Alcohol is a dirty chemical, affecting multiple receptors. I prefer very precise chemicals like mu-opioid agonists and NDRI's.

 

Alcohol is FAR better then weed. I hate weed to be honest. I've had the same 5gs sitting on my desk for like a month.

In my opinion it goes like this, from best to worst:

Weed + Alcohol
Weed
Alcohol

Makes a great combination (smoke first rather than the other way round though!), but alone I'm not a big fan of alcohol. Weed on the other hand I love.

 

I dont like either of them now to be honest, their both completely differant in effects though i'd much rather be in the company of a stoned person than a drunk one. Alcohol can really fuck people up if it is abused and i just dont like it anymore, pitty its taken this long to realise. I personnaly think weeds alot safer though it can get boring and i became very lazy and anti-social on it but thats just me i know alot of people that function fine on weed but at the same time get very agitated without it......everyones differant though and i think the best lessons are learned through experience, have a safe journey

 

they're totally different. i prefer weed. alcohol is kinda shallow, you just get fucked up but your senses are kinda dulled. Weed changes your thought process, you see things differently. the way weed enhances music is awesome you will appreciate music differently than normal and notice different aspects of it. weed can be psychedelic when your high enough especially after you take a break from smoking or have been awake.

It's hard for me to get shit done though after I smoke weed cuz it makes lazy as fuck, and once I start smoking weed I tend to wanna keep myself high, but on the other hand there's been plenty of times I have been high and done tasks that would have been much more boring if sober.

For those who said food doesn't taste better when you're drunk......are you KIDDING me? Food tastes amazing when I'm drunk. I get beer munchies like a mofo. Food still doesn't taste as good while drunk as it does when stoned, but it still tastes better than when sober. Neither compares to xanax/benzo munchies though.

 

I agree about the xanax munchies everything tastes amazing when you're barred out.
