drop ceiling how to hang a light help!

whats up yall. my growroom has a drop ceiling. i need to get my babies under a good light. cant come up with an easy plan to hang my light. it is a weird light the ballast is connected to it so its really heavy. never used a light like this but hey it was a kickdown. any help would be greatly appreiciated

 

get yourself and adjustable shower curtain rod.

Take your lamp apart and make it bare bone.. sounds like you have an commercial lamp .. nothing to it.
