Sure would be nice to live somewhere where I could stick my nose up in the air at cars. I lived without one for 3 years of my adult life, I don't ever want to live without one up here again.

    Mike,
Sure it wasn't a rev limiter? My Miata cuts off the fuel at 7,200 RPM, but has no speed governor. Seems most governors kick in a 150-155 MPH, a ridiculous speed on a public highway.

Chrysler's 300 SRT8 sedan tops out at over 167 MPH. Why?

My boyfriend loves to drive fast.
He also loves to race even when he looses.

One time, me and my boyfriend were going to see the sunrise over the mountains and he was going like 75 in a 45 and we got pulled over. He remained silent and got away with no ticket :D

Now that he has his radar detector he speeds even more.

I went about 140 on my motorcyle for a few miles once wearing only a pair of shorts-no shirt-no shoes and then I realized that if I flopped ,they'd be wiping me off the road with a sponge.
