Nowhere near as much as I used to. Anywhere above moderate alcohol will fuck u up over a signif time IMO
i have stopped drinking beer so frequently as before. and the beer was my main alcoholic ...and liquid substance. anyway now i drink coffee and water actually thinking about it made me crave for a beer right now
glass of red wine most nights.. not every night.. usually only the one glass.. not too bad I guess... Not keen on the hangovers!
I try to keep it to a few drinks twice a week. I don't get drunk, I honestly hate that feeling. Yuck. I just have a few to relax. If I'm having a rough week, it tends to be more than that, and it's so easy to just reach for a drink, sink back into old habits, that it really takes a lot to get me away from the urge. So I make myself really busy if I get a craving for it and I'm wanting not to give in. Honestly I feel a lot better when I abstain, but there are some times that I just want something to make me relax because I'm pretty high strung.
i don't drink at all anymore. and i'm really enjoying it. working where i'm in the frequent company of drunks put me off for life.
Beer is to cheap here. You can get 550-625 ml (16.6-21.1 ounce) bottles for 2.50 yuan. Which is 37 cents in the USA. If I get six bottles, which average around 600 ml (I change it up), it costs 15 yuan or 2.20 for a total of 101.4 ounces. To give you an idea of the typical Chinese beer I have had so far, I would say it is better than the typical mass produced beer in America. It isn't anything special but not bad and more drinkable than US lagers. I miss ales so much though . I heard for as little as 50 yuan (7.30) I can get a six pack of New Castle which would be more up my alley. But there are some better microbrewed ales in the states but I would settle for newcastle if I could find it. So, with that said, since beer is stupidly cheap in China, I drink more than in the states and quite a bit. **Keep in mind I live in a cheap city.
usually like 3 times a week I'd say. sometimes more, sometimes less, you know how it goes. I'm drinking today
