Quarters(If a player manages to bounce a quarter off the table and into a shot glass, the others at the table have to open their gullets and drink)

Kings (King's Cup, whatever) is my favorite. Everyone has a slightly different set of rules, which means it's different every time.
Everyone uses Rulemaster, though, and the rules people use could be their own thread. For those that play here are some of my favorites. Post your own!
    - Players must drink when they say a word that starts with the letter "T" (my favorite! a hell of a lot more fun and more effective than it might seem. someone who's even slightly drunk can easily pass 10 drinks before they manage to stop complaining and shut up)
    - Players must drink when they point at anything
    - Players must drink when they say anyone's name
    - Players must drink when they swear (which very often happens after they point at someone, say their name, and tell them it's their Turn)

I managed to draw 3 of the Rulemaster cards on New Year's Eve, so I did my part to ensure that everyone had a good time!

This is from the old days as an example, so bear with me - my S.O. used to play a game with his old gang in the 70s when the Bob Newhart show was on. It was rediculous how many times in the course of a half hour show that someone said "Hi Bob!". So a drinking game was formed. They'd end up wasted. lol

So, just use any show or movie you know that has a repeated name or phrase, in the extreme. :)

ETA: Mr Wonderful just shares with me that one movie they used was a Cheech and Chong movie (pick any, I suspect) and use the phrase "hey man". So anytime you hear that, take a drink/toke. He says, the movie usually won. lol

    ^ Those kinds are great.
If you're a fan of Metalocalypse watch the episode Dethclown and drink whenever there's a reference to Dr. Rockso doing cocaine.
Actually, we toked rather than drank, which probably worked better for a short TV episode.

Zoom, Schwartz, Figliano. Old School to begin with. Now I play Freestyle Zoom. Very challenging. I'll leave Beer Pong to the jocks.

Beer Pong: throwing a ball across a table at a stationary target. Sounds like a physical task requiring hand-eye coordination, which in my book, makes it a "jock" thing.

Zoom: immediately speaking the correct term, correctly, to the correct person. Sounds like a mental task requiring concentration and memory, which in my book, makes it not a "jock" thing.

ever tried to memorize and utilize a playbook?

anyway, i don't know that i would consider tossing a ping-pong ball 6 feet across a table to be jockish. yes, you are physically manipulating a ball. but almost all activities involves some physical aspect. flipping cards, lifting your beer to your mouth, standing up to do a waterfall drink all involve physical movement, but i don't think they're necessarily jock games.
