dreams where people are telling me stuff

to start off, i've had dreams that have come true before. it runs in the family a little bit and i've had a few psychic visions in the past, but it hasn't happened very often in the past few months.

but lately i have had dreams in which people that i know are telling me things. i can't remember what they are telling me, though. usually i will respond to them before i wake up, but i can't remember that either. i try to remember as soon as i wake up to write it down but it's already out of my head. i've been cutting back on the weed because somebody suggested that it interferes with all this stuff. ehh i dont know

any suggestions on how to remember or find out what these people are saying?
