i don't really consider them powers. everyone in my dreams seems to have them too. it's just the way the universe in which my dreams take place works. which is different from this one. which is really the only indication in them that it isn't this one. =^^= .../\...
Unfortunatly, most of the comics of the =SA= have been lost or have found their way into friends hands. I never uploaded them to the internet so... Haha, "crunch into a ball and close my eyes real hard" thats what I used to do when I was having nightmares all the time. Ok, uh, in response to the question about my powers, it can work either way, usually I randomly got the power one night and then I would have it with me in other dreams. I've gotten to the point in my dreams where I cant be killed, ever, im invincible all the time. Therefore I only wake up when someone else wakes me up. Oh and I use two flying techniques now to move faster. First I watch the matrix before bed, and then the night after I can do Neo's superman thing. After vaulting myself in the air, I use my normal technique to accellerate, Ive tried to use the neo thing twice in succession to catapult me foward, but that usually ends up with me splatting my face on a hard object. I had a dream recently that kind of increased my understanding of dreams. I had a small box of candy, chocolate candy, in my pocket. I grabbed into my pocket thinking that the box contained caramels, but somehow knowing in the back of my head they were not caramels. I guess my brain couldnt decide which was supposed to be in the box, so It combined the two candies, resulting in a caramel-filled chocolate Interesting isnt it? One of the people who posted above says they have used this to make items appear, and it works. Now I can have items with me that I simply expect to have, even if they weren't there before, but usually they have to be out of my view. Its pretty cool.
Oh, and an easy technique to make nightmares go away is to just ignore your nightmare, let whatever thoughts that are running through your mind fly free, they will randomly alter your surroundings and make a new dream based on the primary thought or end the dream altogether. oh, and dont watch scary movies before bed
I know exactly what you mean, I totally abadoned my high jumping ability when I figured out how to levitate upward, it dont hurt like jumping does, and if you concentrate you wont fall when going down. The only reason I jump and then fly is because of my experience in using the levitation technique, if I didnt have that experience, i would fall down to the floor.
