Dreads For Me Tommorow!

i used wax once when making my dreadies, not touched it since, and i got wax in my hair now 2,5 months later

 

if you do band the tips (and if i were doing mine again i wouldnt) make sure to take them out after a week at the very most! i banded mine and it hurt like hell getting them off after a couple of weeks i only did the tips and as i did my dreads over a loooong time (started feb, doing the last few tonight) i can honestly say they werent worth the bother! the ones i did without bands are just as good as the ones i banded....
AND i found a band today that must have been in since march, icky yucky sticky disintegrating nastiness bleeurgh! i hope that was the last one, i cant find any more.....
and definately skip the wax
