With me it's fat. I can eat anything I want and even exceed the daily calorie count as long as there is no fat in the food at all. Kinda sucks because I fucking love Coleslaw.
ahh yeah I don't think I eat that much fat to begin with so that explains that. I generally hate excessive mayo and oil and grease

Hold on, fat + carbs= NECESSARY! Nuts (love), avocados, and coconut (all high fat foods) fight fat. Fat doesn't make you fat. Too many calories make ya fat. Together, fat and protein should make up 1/5 of you calorie intake. The other 4/5 should be carbs- like maple syrup. And fruits, and veggies and whole grains and stuff... but mostly maple syrup.
don't worry... I have taken several nutrition classes and had a personal trainer. I are buff. I eat plenty of whole wheat and healthy fat. but french fries and white flour pasta I can really do without. and my diet is packed with veggies and protein. sadly, I do not like fruit too much, but I make a smoothie in the morning with fruit, spinach, cucumber, avocado, almond butter and coconut water that is primo. lol@ maple syrup. I had some grade B today <3
Also, carbs should not comprise 4/5 of your diet! carb intake should be around 60%. But then again, apparently you are vegan and we all know vegans don't know shyte about food
