Doe anyone remember a Dr Who episode from the 70's, (probably Tom Baker) called 'The Deadly Dustbins?'. Yes it sounds weird doesn't it? But I seem to very vaguely recall an episode, where dustbins come to life and swallow people up. maybe it was a different show altogether, but I pretty sure it was Dr Who. Anyone remember such an episode?
I am currently watching the show from the beginning, but I am only on season two. I have not gotten to the seventies yet.
The new version - (with Eccleston + Piper) in the first episode "Rose" saw 'Micky' swallowed up by a Wheelie bin - and replaced by a plastic replica (The Autons ) -is that what you are thinking of? ((Maybe a Tardis is needed)) ?
